[mdb-dev] Fixes to make binary fields sort of work

Hi,

I have a set of patches that make mdbtools be able to handle a database 
that has a binary column in it (this is actually the Adobe Photoshop 
Album database). It is definitely not a complete solution to the 
problem, but it is a step in the right direction.

What is the protocol for submitting patches on this project?
