[mdb-dev] crypted MDB?

Hi,

I recently received an mdb file that crashed mdb tools.
I had a look at the file - there was some "standard jet database" in the header, but
I could not find anything that looked like a file page, nor could I find any traces of the
expected content, just binary garbage
Access said that the "file can only be opened by members of the group that created it"
or something similar.

Is there anything like a compressed or encrypted mdb file?
