[mdb-dev] [PATCH] add option to remove invalid characters from schema export

Many databases don't want funny characters (space, quote etc.) in the 
table and column names.  I added a -S option to mdb-schema to turn on 
'sanitization' of the names.  A sanitized name contains only alpha/numeric 
and '_'.
