[Mdarad-toolbox-devs] New HighVolumeAssociationEnd Stereotype

Hi,

I added a new stereotype for HighVolumeAssociation ends. 

This changes the functionality for the selection of such associations 
(only many to one or one to one associations).  Instead of having a 
dropdown with all the elements (which can be huge), there will be an 
input box with a select button... The user can write the first letters 
of the chosen attribute and click select.  This will open a popup with a 
dropdown of the limited selection.

To use this functionality, you need to
- add the HighVolumeAssociationEnd stereotype on the end of the 
association which is of high volume and for which you want the described 
functionality.
- add the HighVolumeSearchAttribute on the class on which the 
associationEnd is associated.

Limitations:
- Only works on one to one or many to one associations
- Search Attributes can only be strings for now
- There can only be one search attribute for now
