#6 crackling in mda Piano

Playing multiple notes will make mda Piano play ugly cracks. The attached file are just four notes playing after almost together at maximum velocity.
It's also possible to reproduce this with lower velocity but more notes.

    i should mention that i used the Plugins from the UB link on this http://mda.smartelectronix.com - so it's the Piano from 2006, perhaps the issue is already fixed, but as mentioned in https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2973891&group_id=230958&atid=1081697 i couldn't test the newer releases.

    just compiled the latest source and unfortunately the cracks are still there.

    I'm having similar issues here; Using the latest version available from the mda website, I get a nasty noise peak right when loading the plugin into the host (tried with Renoise and OpenMPT). I also tried compiling the plugin from SVN but the same crackling issues as described in this issue persist.
