Hi,

not, maildirs are currently not created. But I put this on my TODO list.
I'll make this configurable in /etc/mda-sql/mda-sql.conf

If the action "deliver to maildir" cannot find a maildir, it delivers to
default mailbox. Should it create the maildir instead?
