mCtrl 0.8.3 released

I'm proud to announce that new version of mCtrl is out.

mCtrl is C library providing set of additional user interface controls for MS Windows, intended to be complementary to standard Win32API controls from USER32.DLL and COMCTL32.DLL.

Version 0.8.3 brings new menubar control, new functionality for the HTML control, new dialog utility functions and many smaller fixes, enhancements and optimizations.
