Tickets

Tickets are our way of tracking bugs, and to guide development.

Right now, they are just being used to guide development.

A guide to using tickets:

Be as clear and concise about the problem.

Don't be rude, or say this doesn't work (and nothing else). That won't help anyone.

If you are having problems using MCSM, use the forums instead.

If you encounter a bug, tag the ticket with "bug" (No quotes). Using the "dev" tag is reserved for developers, and will not earn you rep.

A bug is when there is an error in the programming - like, for instance, having the server name the same as the id results in MCSM crashing.
