#1 pcap breakloop not working

In Ubuntu 10, the pcap_breakloop function doesn't break the pcap_loop on a quiet network. Another packet has to be received before it will break. Even if pcap_setnonblock is called. This seemed to work on an earlier version of Ubuntu.
