#7 buildconf problems

Hello,
The issue regards CVS version of libmcrypt.
I have tried to run buildconf with automake-1.6 and
automake-1.7 and suceeded, the configure runs without
problems, however invoking make yields:

The same situation occurs when using cygwin.... Any
hints/suggestions/manuals to read/thigns to do?
