#7 support RFC4880 and RFC5581

Hi.

mcrypt references RFC2440 (OpenPGP) in the documentation.
This is now RFC4880.
The documentation should be updated, as well as any changes necessary to adopt to RFC4880.

I guess at least adatption to RFC5581 (Camellia in OpenPGP) will be necessary, in order to allow to encrypt to OpenPGP messages with Camellia.
