Please implement make install target and take a look at this build warnings:
mcrypt-shell.x86_64: W: invalid-desktopfile /usr/share/applications/mcrypt-shell.desktop file contains key "?omment[ru]" in group "Desktop Entry", but key names must contain only the characters A-Za-z0-9- (they may have a "[LOCALE]" postfix)
.desktop file is not valid, check with desktop-file-validate
