#4 A bug of -@old in V.2.6.4

The oldprep mode (-@old option) of mcpp V.2.6.4 has a gross
bug to lose last character of each token followed by space.
Please apply the attached mcpp-2.6.4-patch.

mcpp V.2.6.3 or former has not this bug. Also V.2.7-
prerelease in SVN repository trunk has not it.
