#3 Patch to fix seg-fault on some system

MCPP was reported to cause segmentation-fault on OpenBSD.
This patch is for that bug (fixed by "isr".) Though the bug
may remain latent on many systems, fixation is preferable.
This patch applies also to MCPP V.2.6.1 and V.2.6.2 as well
as V.2.6.3.
