#2 using mcpp while compiling boost fails

when trying to compile boost with systemwide-mcpp installed, compilation will fail. This doesn't happen with gcc's standard cpp implementation.

this can be 100% verified, by uninstalling mcpp: compilation succeeds, after re-installation it fails again.
