New MComix all-in-one bundle for Windows

A new version of the MComix all-in-one bundle for Windows, namely mcomix-1.01-2.win32.all-in-one.zip, has been released. It improves support for RAR archives and it also works around a Python issue that could prevent MComix from functioning at all. For more details, see https://bugs.python.org/issue23371. There is no new release for operating systems other than Windows. If you are currently using MComix 1.01 on Windows and it is running fine, there is no need to download the new bundle.

The source code of MComix for this release is the same as for the original 1.01 release since the only change is the way the new bundle has been built.
