#197 README refers to nonexistent Fig.ad

README twice refers to "Fig.ad" but there is no such file.

There is a file "Fig" (without any extension) in the app-defaults directory. I assume that's what was meant.

There's one other file in the app-defaults directory, "Fig-color.bisque", without the ".ad" file extension; the others have the ".ad" file extension. Is the correct solution to rename "Fig" and "Fig-color.bisque" to add the ".ad" extension, and update any references to those files?

I think a superior solution is to remove the .ad extension from all files and from the references to those files. I did not find an .ad extension elsewhere.
