#1 Import/Export Contact Lists

Have ways (either inside mcicq itself, or as extra
"helper scripts") to import/export contact lists.
Examples would be import/export to Fire, IxQ, and
the official ICQ client.

Note: At one point in time there was an ICQ
Contact List Importer, however I believe this wasn't
Carbonized. I'm also not sure if ICQ contact list
files have changed format or not.
