Welcome to the wiki of MCEEInterface.

This is a small corner where I decided to release some source code I wrote for one of my biggest passion: the rationalization of energy consumption

I bought an economic power meter called MCEE USB.

This power meter is nice but provided of a poor software.
So I decided to do a reverse engineering of the serial protocol in order to acquire stored data and to make available them over Internet.

For now the project is composed of:

• A service called [MCEEIceService] written in C++ using boost library
• A client called [MCEEIceClient] written in C# using .NET and MSCV2010

The communication between MCEEIceService and MCEEIceClient has done whit ZeroC Ice
