Thanks to Charlie's guidance below is the way, I accomplish it.
1)From the start menu I highlighted My Movies for WMC then right clicked and created a desktop short cut.
2) Then while holding the shift key down right clicked and choose copy path from the shortcut.
3) Then went into MCE command files and copied the Netflix shortcut below its self.
4) Then changed Netflix to mymovies and pasted the My Movies path in place of the one for Netflix.
Afterwards saved the changes exited MCE and launch MCE . Now if you get an error afterwards from MCE saying “no commands loaded” you probably missed or put to many characters when creating the command. Below is they it turned out to look in my MCE Command file.
<StartProcess Cmd="netflix" File="windowsmediacenterapp:{e6f46126-f8a9-4a97-9159-b70b07890112}\{982ea9d3-915c-4713-a3c8-99a4688b7c59}?EntryPointParameters="/>
<StartProcess Cmd="mymovies" File="C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\My Movies\My Movies for Windows Media Center.lnk"/>
I hope this helps and any input on how to send Ctrl + W and Ctrl + F4 would be greatly appreciated.
