MacOS users instructions

at this moment, I don't have paid Apple store developer account to sign this app
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcduhub/files/mcduhub_mac_apple_1.0.dmg/download

so after downloading and install(drag and drop), you have to manually keyin below 3 commands inside MacOS terminal:

cd /Applications
sudo chmod -R 777 mcduhub.app
sudo xattr -cr mcduhub.app
