#5 Build Failure with GCC 4.3.4

The program fails to build on linux with recent versions of gcc. This mostly seems to be due to missing includes in src/fusion/*, see attached patch.

    Applied the patch that jedfrechette provided. Confirmed that patched code still builds on OS X (10.4) and Windows (XP).
