It would be more efficient if the convergence threshold for scale domain 1 was 1%, for scale domain 2 was 0.1%, and for scale domain 3 was 0.01% (as currently). This would reduce the number of passes needed to process a tile overall, without changing the final result (in theory).
Actually, the convergence percentage in the AlgorithmDescription is 0.1%.
