Congratulations in advance for your great work, and thank you for offering this interesting tool.

I keep having this error while trying to open MCC-LIDAR 2.1:

Error: Missing post spacing

just after typing mcc-lidar in the command prompt. Any solutions, suggestions?

Just as the error message says, you are not supplying the needed parameter after mcc-lidar.

Type the following to see usage:

mcc-lidar --help

This is an example with spacing of 1 and curvature threshold of 0.10:

mcc-lidar -s 1.00 -t 0.10 input.las output.las

Well, this is embarrassing... it turns out it´s not just typing "mcc-lidar" and all works out, parameters are needed. Who would guess.
