[Mca2-user] Compiling with Windows

Hi,
I 'm a new subscriber for this list and I'm very interested by this
project.
I have downloaded the mca2-1.0final.tgz file from mca2 homepage but I
don't find the "libs_tools.dsw" - workspace neither the "visual_c++"
directory.

Why ?
