As implied on the sf home page MCA comes with two license schemes (sorry,
our license file got lost somehow and one of the responsible persons is on
holiday right now, but we will fix this as soon as possible):

* GPL:

If you use MCA under the Terms of the GNU General Public license, you are
allowed to modify and redistribute the code as you like as long as you keep
to the GPL.

* Proprietary:

If you want to sell closed-source MCA bases software you have to buy
a developer license from us. This includes all code which is from us and not
under any other kind of License (notably misc/rt-math is, and will always be
GPL).

You have to do:
>source setMCAvars
>./configure
>make prepare
>make
