#4 Append/overwrite flag for SensorMonitor

An additional boolean (or enum) flag in the
constructors of mSwitchableSensorMonitor and
mSensorMonitor would allow to choose between
appending the data to a file, or erase it before
writing.
default=append (as the implementation is now)
