- displays file permissions of the highlighted file when the arrow keys
are pressed. See docs for more detail.

- <ctrl-t> pastes the highlighted name unto the shell line

These browsable pages are extracted from the code
using the fine Doxygen tool. The same pages are
included in the distribution tarball.

- prevents a change directory operation when the highlighted path is a
filename, not a directory.

- more Doxygen markup with pages describing panel navigation via keyboard.

Mcj version 0.5 released with basic file manager capability. More to come
