#1 Problems connecting the gateway to a Prosoft 3100 MCM

Hi, I am getting this error while connecting to a
Prosoft 3100 MCM module connected to a PLC-5:

# mbusd -d -p /dev/ttyS1
1139510793:484899 mbusd-0.1.2 started...
1139510793:486158 tty: error in read() (Input/output error)
1139510793:492803 mbusd-0.1.2 exited...

Any ideas how to solve this? What is happening?

I know there is no problem with the serial ports. Also,
I run mbusd without connecting the Modbus cable and it
starts. The second I plug the cable the exit message
appears.
