#60 Updated source.de and germandu.txt language source files

Hi there,

I've reworked the 'source.de' and 'germandu.txt' language source files
because the menu / navigation bar in the message reader was not working
properly. It does now, and it looks conform to the default english one.

There's a ZIP archive attached to this ticket that contains my changes.
