Check the file 828741.exe, and make sure you've got the entire file. If not, just download it straight from Microsoft, and save over the partial file you have now.

You are right, the file was way to small to be the whole thing. Manually replaced it and everything patched.

Has anyone seen this message when trying to push out 828741? Seems to only be affecting XP machines.
