Removed support for binary files

All files imported to .jar package form now should be plain text unicode files.
In book's directory there are simple plain text files containging own text. Info file containing number or files is also text file.
Main info file containing list of directories of books, titles... is from now XML file. For parsing this file is used NanoXML package.
