MBean Config V1.0 release

Version 1.0 (stable) of the MBean property configurator has been released. It provides a simple and consise method of configuring J2EE applications. Properties can be loaded from a properties file, ini file, xml file, datasource and a xml node. It has been tested on Websphere 5.1.1, Oracle 10g, and JBoss 3.2.3+.
