[mbackup-devel] IRC channel

It's listed on the webpage, but I don't think we ever mentioned it here.
There is an IRC channel that I hang out on waiting for people to stop by.
Connect to any of the open projects servers such as irc.linux.com and
connect to #mbackup. I'll probably be there, but idle, so give me a chance
to check my screen before you disappear.
