#13 No toolbar... Cannot record

I looked everywhere I could so I beleive it is a bug...

In the two files below one can see that I do not have the mayavi toolbar on top of the pipeline tree as in the documentation:

Hence this action is impossible to me:

Also, in the scene lauched from mlab api using python, if I click on the "mayavi icon" as described in the below link, it crashes python:

Info:
I installed anaconda for python 3.5 for windows 64 bits with graphical installer
I created using conda a virtual env for python2, in which in installed anaconda and mayavi, and from which all the above is running.
