Rotate keyframe bug

There's a bug when exporting rotate keyframes that
prevents this exporter from being functional. Basically
it looks like the coordinates for the rotate keyframes
given by Maya are in the current coordinate system of
the joint being rotated. WM expects the keyframes to be
in the coordinate system of the unrotated joint (i.e.
the original starting coordinate system)
