Well, mainly, we'll want a web site with news postings (much like 
we had with GeekLog), an anon-FTP server, and bugzilla.  We'll 
also need to give developers SSH/SFTP access for uploading...

That's a good start right there, and with the exception of 
bugzilla, shouldn't be too hard to set up.  We will, of course, 
need the hardware racked up first, which is what held us up 
before IIRC.

Cool :)  We should probably have ftp.inceptionos.org as the 
master repository, and have PlanetMirror mirror that.

I don't believe we'll need an rsync server, and if we don't need 
it, we definitely shouldn't install it.  I've found that a 
single rsync transfer tends to suck up a lot of CPU. ;)
