I agree TBH, and did vote for bugzilla on the poll ;-) Mantis is easy to set up, but looks like a PITA to upgrade & not as full featured as bugzilla. The only other one I've even heared of from the list is gnats, which I've dealt with in the past & is a total PITA in all respects.
