ftp://skarpsey.dyndns.org/incept/ will generally contain a few=20
obsolete revisions of RPMs (it gets cleaned out every once in a=20
while).

ftp://skarpsey.dyndns.org/LATEST/ will generally contain only the=20
very latest RPM revisions.  This is probably what you should=20
use.  Note that it changes bit by bit from day to day.
