During the server outage I took the opportunity to get the bandwidth set
to 10mbit - so it should be quicker than before. Let me know if I should
mirror PlanetMirorror, or if we'll do it the other way around.

See above, If we need an rsync server running I'll add it the list of
stuff to set up.
