Works for me, rysnc over SSH sounds like the way to go.

OK, I'll get on this when I can, FYI I'm getting married in a few weeks,
so as I'm sure you can understand it's getting quite busy for me ;-)

TBH, I can't remember now, probably:
rsync --delete -avz ip::dir /home/sites/ftp.inceptionos.org/pub/
Where $IP = your machine & $DIR = the directory you gave me in a
previous mail :)
