If Ximian can support an ncurses-style interface along with its=20
X11 interface, and turns out to have easily customizable=20
interfaces, I'd be happy to support it.
Up until now, I was considering designing a setup tool=20
remeniscent of scoadmin, the system administration tool from SCO=20
operating systems. In my year or two of working with SCO=20
OpenServer/UnixWare, scoadmin was about the only thing about it=20
I could bring myself to like (there was too much other clunky,=20
backwards, problematic stuff in SCO operating systems).

I definitely agree on this point. We've got more than enough=20
packaging technologies available already.
