HP Pavilion Laptop 150cs3xxx
16.0 GB RAM
Windows 10 Home - 64-bit
OS build 19042.1165
Net version 4.8.04084
MaxLauncher 1.27.0.0
MaxLauncher will not start up. Uninstalling and re-installing did not fix the problem. .mld file won't load, backup of .mld file won't load. This has been happening for a few months, but program would launch successfully later. Now it will never start up.
I welcome any ideas as I view MaxLauncher as essential.

ARggh.. sorry.
Tthe mjf.mld file opens on mine. The error is the C:\Users\mamaf\AppData\Roaming\MaxLauncher\app.cfg. It got corrupted. app.cfg contains all the settings you set using the menu.
Suggested TODO: Delete the file C:\Users\mamaf\AppData\Roaming\MaxLauncher\app.cfg or restore from backup. Start MaxLauncher
This usually happens after restarting after a Windows Update. It is very annoying. I am changing that part now; in 1.28.0.0.
Thank you for the advice. That worked for me.
