#77 Allowed to User Account Control

My last request if it can be a request.
Any way when open a regular application through MaxLaucher under Windows 10, to have User Account Control accept the change, (“if any change”) accepted without every time I have to give my approbation to Windows 10/User Account Control even thought I gave the right to run as Administrator.

I do believe Microsoft make the process nonproductive and instead to go forward in some part of the process in Windows they going backward ... like we are "stupid" user's
