Thank you for the answer! The problem is when there are several file, program or folder shortcuts which start with the same letter! I will classify them by title and I will activate them by clicking with the mouse.

If you meant sorting the hotkeys (QWERTY) alphabetically, then it is not possible. The keys are based on the physical keyboard key locations.
