I would like to make three requests

I would like to make three requests:
1. ADD - an option to have MaxLauncher Icon minimize to MS Windows "Notification Area Icons".
2. In reference to Data\Add Current Data File, would like it to not leave filename extension and not add an underscore, i.e., at front of filename to minimize organizing.
3. ADD an option to auto and or manual sort to "Organize Data Files".
Example: SEE Picture below, to better understand how tedious editing and sorting might be for growth of data files.

1. The icon is always present in the Notification Area. Perhaps what you want is to hide the icon in the taskbar? If this is the case, go to Settings > Options and uncheck "Show in Taskbar"
2. I removed the file extension. With regards to the underscore, I think it it is very useful because without it, you need to scroll down with arrow keys or mouse. With the default being in front of the name(eg. Shopping, Songs), you can just press Alt+D, then S, then Enter to load the file. It can also serve as a shortcut for others with just a few file items.
3. I'll try to add sorting ASAP.
