app.cfg is cleared empty. Now it happend in version 1.26.0.2 beta. But i also had similar problem 1-2 times in the last 3-6 months with the stable (but don't know if the same error).
I changed the way it saves app.cfg when logging out/rebooting. It is very hard to troubleshoot. Tried several different approaches. Build 1.26.3.0 was tested 500 times rebooting without issue.
