Yes, the project has been abandoned. Unfortunately, the maintainer passed away at a young age of 49 due to a heart attack 😢. It is very sad, and it would be great if someone took up the mantle of this great project as a duty of remembrance. If you meant sorting the hotkeys (QWERTY) alphabetically, then it is not possible. The keys are based on the physical keyboard key locations. If you meant sorting the Title of each button, you can right-click the Tab and select Sort buttons by...

It is unfortunate that you don't have an older version in DropBox ... https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete/version-history-overview#:~:text=To%20view%20the%20version%20history%20of%20a%20folder,above%20the%20file%20list.%204%20Click%20Folder%20history. This is a very strange occurrence because the empty file is actually being loaded (unlike in the old versions) which means it has the correct format. OK - I tried all of that and the .mld file was there, but when I clicked on it, all was gone too. And Recuva didn't find anything either. I don't have any viruses or malware either. However, in the meantime (it took me over an hour or so), I managed to get all of the programs that I use back on Max Launcher again. From the attached image, I noticed that you are using DropBox. I don't use DropBox but it might have a "Version History" copy online. 3. You can also try "Recuva" at https://www.ccleaner.com/download. Select "Recuva" on that page and download. This needs to be done ASAP if you want to try it before the clusters of deleted files...

Advanced... Yes, that was the very cumbersome method I referenced. (smile) I was just hoping you had access to the initial drop-list so that it might be changed to a drop-down so that we could type/paste into it without ever activating the other tool. But, I guess that the entire theme editor is a 3rd party thing, or at least the control used for color selection is, right from the start, a fully packaged custom control. As for using the same color for other elements, you can click on the dropdown arrow button, click on the Advanced button, cut/paste in the area above the R(ed) where it show the Hexadecimal representation of the color (eg. #FFD4FFFF) As for changing the interface, that part of the program is an old third-party tool. I do not have the code for it. :-(

I'd though the "Customize" button wasn't implemented yet... Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it activates a tool for themes based of 'Detailed'! (smile) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I have one suggestion for the theme customization tool: Change the combo boxes that it uses from a "drop-down list" to a "drop-down" that allows me to type directly into the value field instead requiring me to use the cumbersome color selector. This would be very useful, especially since themes...

You cannot change the 'MouseOver' color used simply by editing the Custom.xaml file of the Basic theme. You need to make a copy of the Detailed theme and make changes there.

Thank you. Thats exactly what Im looking for. Im guessing thats what the Open Apps folder does. I can say that shell:AppsFolder works in Directory Opus yet the Apps Folder link in Max Launcher doesn't work for me. Ive got a nice setup now :)

Ah I've found my own solution in lieu of the Appsfolder menu not working for me. Drag App shortcut from All Apps to desktop, then drag shortcut to MaxLauncher. In case anyone else has a problem with this.

Thanks for that link. Unfortunately I cant make that work. When I click on Appsfolder option nothing happens. I use Directory Opus as a File Explorer replacement in case thats causing the problem. Is there another way I can manually get that folder?
