    Add nice TeX formula for dblint formula for HTML
    
    There was already a TeX formula for the double integral that was used
    for the pdf manual.  Modify this slightly to use `m4_displaymath` so
    we get a nice TeX formula for the html and pdf manual, and a text
    formula for text version of the manual.
