My opinion is that after a change I will make today to 
src/xmaxima_def.lisp. We will be ready to do the 5.48.1 release and 
Windows will work very well with sbcl and ccl64. Then I will leave it to 
Wolfgang to decide if he releases it including Clisp too (with the 
failures that were already present in 5.47.0), or release it only with 
sbcl and ccl64.
